The staff were ALL very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is fantastic. EVERYTHING is within an easy walking distance of the hotel, including the train station. I will definitely book a future stay at this hotel.

The soundproofing could be improved a little. I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms.

My room was clean and spacious (at the back of the hotel, as requested). The room included standard amenities such as a hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was large. I did find the room quiet and conducive to rest and relaxation.

The breakfast had good variety. Ivanna, who was serving, was particularly attentive and smiley. The rooftop bar offers AMAZING views of the surrounding area and a welcome drink. Breakfast was very good (especially the pancakes!).

I found the location excellent and the customer service was very good. The room had air conditioning and that was very welcome in the hot weather. Breakfast offered many choices that I enjoyed each morning. I appreciated the helpful staff at reception. They gave useful directions.

I had to walk up or down a level to reach my room sometimes.
